Our main goal is to help develop the best games in the world. For this, based on the data collected from you, we select players for playtests. We collect this information only to find proper audience for games that we will test. Then we use all information collected during the playtest to provide recommendations for improving the game and further development.

We have developed this policy in order to explain what kind of information we collect, how we use it, where we store it and what opportunities you have to control this information. How we collect and store data

During registration for the playtest via Google Forms or Sense.Vision Bot (Telegram, iMessage, WhatsApp, Viber, WeChat, Facebook, Google Messages, Hangouts, SMS) you voluntarily provide us the following information: name, gender, age, country and city where you live, phone number, email address, occupation, ownership of game devices, game preferences. Every time you register for a playtest all this data is collected and stored in databases, which are hosted on one or more of the following services: Google Documents, Microsoft Azure, Digital Ocean and AWS Amazon. Only Sense.Vision employees and authorized contractors have access to these files. Since we receive this information from you using third-party services like Facebook and Google, we suggest you to acquaint yourself with their privacy policies:

Using of cookies to collect information

Our Company uses cookies to passively collect information. Cookies: A "cookie" is a small bit of record-keeping information that websites often store on a user's computer. Our cookies are typically used to quickly identify a user's computer, browser, or device and to "remember" things about prior visits. On your mobile device, you may adjust your privacy and advertising settings to control whether you want to receive more relevant advertising.

How we use data

All information gathered is used exclusively to select players for playtests for particular game. That is, we look for specific audience for a game we will test. To do this, we need to know your demographics, gaming preferences, what gaming devices you use, and your contact information to invite you to the playtest.

Also, we may ask for your consent to collect or use your personal information for specific purposes, such as when we want to inform you via email about special offers or competitions or if you decide to link your social network account with our service. We also process your information in order to fulfil your requests, such as to complete transactions with you. We may also process your information in accordance with our policies or when required by law. We also process your information in accordance with law to support the interests of our business, operations, and services, such as to ensure the proper function, security, or integrity of our services.

Resumes for job applicants of the Company

Our Company allows for the online submission of resumes. Personal information collected from resumes will be used solely for the purpose of accepting and evaluating candidate submissions for job postings and is therefore not governed by this Privacy Policy. Information obtained from resumes may be shared among interested employees of the Company.

Protection of your personal data

To protect your personal information, we follow generally accepted industry standards and maintain reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information you have provided. The Company has security measures in place designed to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Personal information collected by the Company is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. To prevent unauthorized electronic access to personal information, the Company maintains information collected online behind a firewall-protected server and uses SSL encryption. However, no system can be 100% secure and human errors occur, so there is the possibility that there could be unauthorized access to your information. By working with us, you assume this risk.

Transfer of your information

By registering for the playtest, you authorize us to keep and process the collected data for the purposes described in the privacy policy. We guarantee the protection of confidentiality and we will not transfer your contact information to third-parties. Your game preferences, information about your gaming devices and your demographic data can be processed and transferred to Sense.Vision customers (game developers) without specifying your personal data (first and last name, contact information etc).

Policy for links to other websites

You should be aware that while you are on our website you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party. Because we cannot guarantee that the privacy policies of these websites meet European standards, we recommend reading the privacy policy of the website you link to before you submit any of your personal information.

How you can change or delete your data from the database

If you registered for the playtest via Google Form, you can inform us about changing the data by writing an email to contact@sense.vision.
If you registered for the playtest via Sense.Vision Bot on Facebook, you’ll have permanent access to change this information via messenger.
If you want to delete your data from the database, you can write to contact@sense.vision.

How long we keep your information

We continue keeping information about you as long as it is necessary for conducting playtests. When there will be no need in keeping this data in accordance with legal obligations it will be deleted from our database.

Information policy about children and minors

The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years old (or older, if applicable law provides for different protections) without the permission of their parents or caregivers. If we become aware that a child has submitted information to the Company without permission of parents or caregivers, we delete this information immediately. We encourage parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses, or phone numbers, without permission, when using the Internet. If you found out that your child registered for the playtest without your knowledge and you are against it, immediately contact us by email contact@sense.vision

What you can do with your data

The possibilities and rights regarding your personal information are described below. To enforce them please contact us by email contact@sense.vision
You can carry out the following actions:

• get access to the information about you. Usually we provide this information within 30 days after you have sent a request via email contact@sense.vision
• change or delete information. You can change the information by writing to email contact@sense.vision or by changing the information via Sense.Vision Bot on Facebook (if you registered for the playtest via Facebook messenger). You can also delete the information by sending a request to email contact@sense.vision
• ask us to suspend the use of your data, decline invitations to playtests or online newsletters
• also, you can always unsubscribe from our letters using the button in the e-mail
• complain to the supervisory authority. If you live in the European Union and consider that we don’t adhere to data protection laws, you have the right to complain to the local governance body.

How we inform you about Privacy Policy changes

We will notify about all changes in this policy by email that you provide during registration.
